- 90 calendar days for executive positions
- 120 calendar days for management positions
The maximum duration of the probation period for contracts with limited term is:
- 5 business days if the contract term is below 3 months
- 15 business days if the contract term is spanning between 3 and 6 months
- 30 business days if the contract term is longer than 6 months
- 45 business days if the contract term is longer than 6 months and refers to a management position
The minimum duration for a part-time day is:
- There is no longer a minimum duration
